Billing Manager
£40,000 to £42,000 + bonus + benefits

They are a well-known globally branded investment group who have an excellent reputation for innovative products, fund and money management across equities, fixed income, multi-asset and alternatives offering their services to institutional, retail and high net-worth clients. They manage over £260 billion across different continents within their international network of offices.

THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the European Revenue Manager, the Billing Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing and monitoring the Group's European fee billing process
  • Managing the relationship with the Client Account Managers (CAMs) and Client Account Directors (CADs)
  • Taking responsibility for and resolving client queries
  • Attending new client on boarding meetings
  • Reporting billing statistics internally
  • Implementing a new billing software system in 2018 and acting as the Business lead on project working closely with the Data Management and Project teams
  • Reviewing European trade debtor balances
  • Managing the Senior Billing Clerk

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • A Billing Manager with substantial billing management experience
  • Financial services or Investment Management industry experience
  • Knowledge of investment products and associated fee structures

  • Knowledge of Advantage Fee would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Knowledge of Revport would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous but is not essential Competencies Required
