The Client:

A global asset management firm specializing in infrastructure, utilities, renewable energy, industrial, and materials sectors. The primary focus across the array of companies we study revolves around the energy transition.

Role and responsibility

  • Managing and ensuring the CRM system remains current.

  • Scheduling and organizing meetings.

  • Generating pre-meeting summaries.

  • Supporting the update of monthly newsletters and presentations.

  • Maintaining performance databases.

  • Aiding in addressing investor inquiries.

  • Supporting Fund Administrator inquiries.

  • Documenting investor transactions.

  • Assisting in internal reporting tasks.

  • Supporting investor reporting efforts.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-6 years client services/relationship role.

  • Prior experience within and investment/wealth or asset management

  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office suite, particularly excel and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Time-management skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask.
