You will hold ultimate responsibility for annual budget setting processes, encompassing the preparation and delivery of revenue and capital budgets. Your role extends to crafting Medium Term Financial Strategies and establishing Council Tax levels for two boroughs, encompassing growth and savings plans aligned with the priorities of both Councils. Leading a high-performing team, you will provide essential financial support to service managers while overseeing budget management across a diverse array of services, including community safety and corporate support services.
