THE COMPANY

Fast expanding institutional grade real estate company who specialise in high value investments in the London market have an opening for a financial modeller to join their asset team.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

In order to be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Excellent academic background.
  • Strong modelling skills including visual basic and excellent excel skills including complex formula.
  • Ability to create models from scratch and manipulate existing models.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Asset Management and part of the asset team, you will be involved in the following

  • Bank debt modelling and analysis
  • Loan modelling and analysis
  • Participating in reporting to investors
  • Reporting and involved on sales of assets
  • Involved in acquisition work
  • Provision of market analysis and intelligence
