EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • A degree in mathematics or economics is preferred but not mandatory; however, candidates should have a strong aptitude for analytical thinking.
  • 2-4 years' experience within Investor relations or similar roles
  • The candidate must show an aptitude to take initiative and be proactive in their work.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to work with macros, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A personable and engaging demeanour, with the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.
  • Willingness to engage with clients via phone to discuss investment opportunities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take ownership of client management responsibilities.

THE ROLE

In this role, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire business, providing a solid foundation for personal growth and advancement within the organisation.

  • Creation and distribution of marketing materials including newsletters, presentations, DDQs, market outlook statements, returns commentary and providing bespoke ad-hoc data analysis.
  • Co-ordinating roadshows, conference preparation and logistics, including travel.
  • Liaising with all depts - front office, legal, operations and compliance.
  • Supporting the sales team.
  • Responding to investor queries.
  • Maintaining the CRM.
  • Send out performance updates and investor notices.
  • Performing investor analysis.
  • Assist with investor due diligence requests and meetings.
  • Work with Fund Administrators to manage and track flows.
  • Assist with company branding.
