Main purpose of job:

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Operations Associate (Reconciliation) has responsibility for the following functions within the Operations Team - Contact Centre:

  • Reconciliation of all operating accounts in production and testing environments
  • Oversight and controls of reconciliation exceptions
  • Resolve reconciliation exceptions through journal entries or following up with relevant area for resolution
  • Support the Operations team, where necessary, in other operational tasks including: payment execution, daily processing activities, customer service queries
  • Work proactively and positively with all areas of the business in line with the Orbian Vision.
