A 'Boutique Law firm' is seeking multiple Partners to join their rapidly growing LLP in the City of London.

My client has an offering for several Partner positions but particularly seek candidates with a following in, Company Commercial; Commercial Real Estate; Financial Services Regulatory; Technology, IT or Media.

Expectations include:

  • Excellent technical abilities and like-minded commercial approach and interested in collaborating with their colleagues and expanding their practices.
  • Working from my client offices (when Partners wish), generating referrals, involving each other in matters to expand Partners' practices and provide the best service to clients

Client Focus:-

  • Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with clients
  • Has a good understanding of clients, the sector and the associated risks and opportunities.
  • Actively works to develop and strengthen new client relationships

Team Work and Interpersonal Skills:-

  • Acts as a source of advice to others, sharing knowledge and expertise
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects
  • Has strong relationships and profile amongst senior colleagues
  • Ability to work effectively with others
  • Business orientated and market savvy

Remuneration benefits:

  • Personal billings are remunerated at 80%
  • Partners who are still building their practices or who want to work more part-time. Personal billings are remunerated at 75%
  • If a Partner refers a matter to another Partner of the firm, the Partner receives 10% of referred revenues.
