Senior Client Reporting Analyst (Fluent German)

THE COMPANY

Major London based Investment Manager is looking for a Senior Client Reporting Analyst to join a strong team and have a great opportunity to progress in the organisation.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Minimum 3 years Client Reporting experience Understanding of Asset/ Investment management business
  • MUST BE FLUENT GERMAN
  • Good knowledge of Factsheets

The Role

Tasks: * See below

Deliverables: * Provide reporting support and client servicing to client's domiciled in Europe

* Assist the team in producing and distributing client reports for institutional clients and retail funds (e.g. valuation and performance reports, investment reports, regulatory reports, ESG reports, factsheets and others)

* Support client account managers located in European locations and coordinate responses to queries from clients

* Prepare materials for client meetings

* Review, maintain and enhance processes and procedures (this includes documentation).

Knowledge / skills / experience: Client reporting Analyst

* Fluency in German and English required, further languages would be highly beneficial (i.e. French)

* Good knowledge of financial instruments (bonds, equity, derivatives) and investment strategies (fixed income, equity, multi asset)

* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel and Powerpoint)

* Strong team player in a Global and Regional environment

* A good understanding of the key data used in client communications is a distinct advantage
