Leading City based Asset Manager is looking for a Senior Client Services Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

Client Service Management responsibilities including:

  • Client Service Operations: acting as a conduit between the department and the key operational functions (e.g. Operations, Fund Accounting and Performance)
  • Client Reporting: sourcing data and commentary as required, generating, reviewing and circulating scheduled client reports
  • Day to day client account management to support the relevant Sales Directors, Head of Client Services and other Client Services team members in the ongoing management of EMEA clients
  • Support the deployment of in-house automated reporting solution and other operational projects

Experience and qualifications:

  • Experience in Client or Marketing role in the asset management industry (essential)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office products
  • Practical knowledge of client service operations (desirable)
  • IOC and/or IMC a distinct advantage
