Role: Senior Tax Manager

Location: Hertfordshire - Hybrid Working

Salary: £80k-£100k

The Role

  • You will be delivering a high quality service to clients and growing the tax department
  • Act as the "go to" person for clients managing expectations, their services and ensuring the team deliver exceptional service to clients meeting their needs
  • Develop the team by delivering high quality coaching
  • Identify and deliver to added value services to the clients and helping them prosper
  • Providing clients with expert advice both on Corporate and Personal tax needs
  • Stakeholder engagement with the other heads of departments to improve service levels

Skills Required

  • Must be ACA/ACCA Qualified with 5 years PQE of working in a practice
  • Have managed at a senior level
  • Strong communicator with the ability to develop stakeholder relationships
  • Be tech savvy - knowledge of CCH is desirable
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
