The Company
Owner managed business who is a leading tax and wealth management advisor. My client operates across multiple jurisdictions with offices across Europe. A collegiate and dynamic environment the business advises their clients from investments to pensions.
The Role
A 12 month Fixed Term Contract to be a Senior Trust Officer to UK clients based overseas. The successful candidate will take responsibility for a select portfolio of clients and ensure requirements are met. The position will range from setting up trusts and companies to completing annual reviews.
Duties of the role
- Setting up Trusts and Companies in multiple jurisdictions
- Maintain relationship with both internal and external clients including intermediaries
- Supervision and coordination of administration related to trusts and companies
- Technical support to office juniors
- Taking fiduciary decisions within company guidelines
- Database reviews
The successful candidate will have
- A minimum of eight years experience in the administration of trusts and corporate structures
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office suite
- STEP member or equivalent qualification
- Solid legal, fiduciary and banking background
- A team player who is able to work independently
- Excellent problem solving skills and able to think outside the box
- Able to multitask and maintain high standard of work
- Co-ordinate with intermediaries regarding transactions
