This role will involve diary management, communication management, Reporting/Recording, making travel arrangements as well as other general administration tasks.


Key Knowledge/Experience

* Proficiency in Windows including Word and Excel at an intermediate-advanced level
* Advanced Outlook experience
* Previous administrative experience in a busy, corporate environment involving high-volume electronic diary management and email traffic that requires strong prioritisation skills
* Ability to use/learn systems
* Industry knowledge is very useful but not essential
