Administration Assistant

The Company:

They are a leading and highly respected Investment Manager. They are one of the UK's leading providers of investment management services for individuals, charities and professional advisers. They are currently looking for an administration assistant to join them on a temporary basis. The role requires someone with strong financial administration skills.

Job Purpose:

To provide proactive and thorough administrative support to support the effective running of key internal project teams and programmes.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Scheduling - Internal and External training, ad-hoc and regular meetings, investment managers and others to agreed schedules.
  • Monitoring - Schedules, attendance and result of training courses and other events.
  • Provision - Note/Minute taking support when needed. Development of processes and monitoring. Ad-hoc secretarial and administration support.
  • Other - Record and store papers and other outputs. Production of papers, meeting packs, course materials and other resource to support programme and project meetings. Be able to utilise internal systems.
