My client are a leading global provider of financial administration solutions, and one of Europes leading asset servicing platforms. They currently interact with almost 6 million investors across 10 highly regulated markets. They currently safeguard and administer £600 billion in assets.

The Role:

As the role holder you'll be providing all aspects of plan administration for the shareholders of the business clients' companies. You'll cover all aspects of the share lifespan from initial grant of awards/options, maintenance of participant data and participant support. You be in charge of reconciliations, management of leaver and client reporting, tax returns alongside management of award/option maturity, vesting and trading. You'll be working in a high pressure and fast paced environment that is dedicated to delivering excellent service. You could be joining one of the three teams within the department

Key accountabilities (Depending on team):

  • Client reporting.
  • Reconciliations of all discretionary option/award movements.
  • Calculating initial grants of awards to participants.
  • Collation of grant elections where applicable.
  • Create timetables for all major vests, maturities and expiry of options.
  • Creation of maturity/vest documentation
  • Collation and validation of all instructions from participants.
  • Creation of trade spreadsheets (using and understanding complex Excel formulas).
  • Validating all exercise requests received from participants.
  • Creation of trade spreadsheets (using and understanding complex Excel formulas).
  • Liaising with clients to validate permission to deal.
  • Maintenance of trade spreadsheets.
  • Supporting management of tax returns.

The role holder will:

  • Be educated to A level minimum - undergraduate level desirable.
  • Have demonstrable Intermediate/Advanced excel skills.
  • Have excellent communication skills due to the relationship building/maintenance aspect of the role.
  • Have the ability to meet tight deadlines and the capability to operate under pressure.
  • Be a real team player but have the ability to work autonomously.
