Client Analyst duties

Provide analysis on current client populations, identifying key themes profiles and groupings for client engagement

Identify the key clients to be handheld through the migration process, work with the Client Engagement team to manage communication and delivery of this migration

Work with the Delivery Stream managers and Business Owners to understand deliverable dates and functionality availability to advise clients

Act as a liaison point and track client readiness to ensure status is accurately shown in management reporting.

Key skills include BA/Data analytical/strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple activities.
