They are a highly successful multinational Company with a strong paced growth and an excellent strategic plan of expansion within the next year. The company works within the consumer goods sector, having very relevant operations across the world.
This is a new position reporting to the VP Commercial. The role involve following the main sales indicators and visiting the countries under your responsibility to ensure the established plans meet. You will also have to overview the status of the countries, as well as its annual goals.
To achieve the PBI results and volume of the assigned region.
To guarantee the correct execution of the commercial strategy over all the categories through “Go to Market” with the operator (Price, SKU’s, Channels, Remuneration, Execution of the PDV, Launches and Campaigns).
To guarantee the sustainability of the business long-term through the building of a team and solid relationships with the Operators.
Profile of the candidate
University Degree (an M.B.A is highly desirable)
8-10 years of experience in the FMCG sector.
Previous experience managing commercial teams, commercial planning, trade MKT,pricing and financial results.
Interpersonal skills, leadership, results orientated, teamwork and other people development.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
