Overview:

Work with Asset, Invoice Finance, Mortgages & Support Functions to map and maintain the end to end processing supporting the business & customer experience.

Facilitate workshops to develop and implement Improvements to processes & customer experience

Embed continues improvement across the group and support, manage, develop and embed Nimbus across the group (Process mapping and document storage tool)

Work with business to identify risk & appropriate controls to processes

Support small to medium projects across the group.

Experience required:

Financial services or banking background

Solid track record of process improvement/mapping

Lean Six Sigma, Green or Black Belt (or similar)

Nimbus or similar process mapping tool

Operational back group and Stakeholder Management
