As an experienced corporate officer, the candidate will possess excellent communication skills and will be able to comfortably participate in discussions with senior personnel from external and internal clients and be able to efficiently prioritise tasks under pressure.

Commercial awareness - has a sound knowledge of private equity fund administration and financial services market
Risk awareness - able to recognise and respond to risk situations and stays up to date with appropriate legislation and professional standards.
IT literacy - uses IT systems and other appropriate software packages effectively.
Communication - demonstrates good listening and questioning skills and has strong spoken and written communication in English.
Teamwork - consistently volunteers and "pitches in" where necessary. Is able to integrate into a small dynamic and multi-cultural team.
Professional Qualifications & Minimum Relevant Experience
Experience of Corporate/Fund Administration including Domiciliation services
Excellent language skills: English, good working knowledge of German, French, and or Luxembourgish would be advantageous
Minimum of 2 years in a company secretary/corporate officer role
Candidate must have the Right to Work in the EU (visa and residency permit)
