Who They Are
They are a Pan-European leader in corporate and management services and also provide fund administration and financial reporting services for private equity and real estate funds. They are currently expanding their coverage and operations in London.

The Role
You will have a key role, within a small management team. The role includes the following:

  • Taking responsibility for the daily management of a portfolio of clients mostly made up of UK companies and Limited Partnerships;
  • Responsible for corporate governance of structures to include planning board and shareholder meetings and producing minutes and document management;
  • Responsible for the maintenance of statutory records and complying with all filing requirements;
  • Acting as a point of reference for both internal and external directors with regards technical enquiries, ensuring that the information is provided in an accurate and timely manner;
  • Ensuring the timely and accurate book-keeping, reporting, and financial statements preparation for client entities if required;
  • Ensuring timely billing and fee recovery for client entities;
  • Involvement in set up and take on of new client structures
  • Completion and maintenance of Know Your Customer and Client Due Diligence Files;
  • Undertake ad hoc projects as and when assigned utilising own knowledge and effectively manage them to completion;
  • Co-ordinating with other European offices in relation to work undertaken in those locations for common clients;
  • Mentorship and management of junior team members;
  • Providing managerial support to the business as necessary.

Who They Are Looking For
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Be qualified, or studying towards being a, Chartered Secretary or equivalent;
  • Have relevant company secretarial experience in the funds or corporate services indu;stry
  • Ambitious with a high level of energy and commitment;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet a range of deadlines;
  • Excellent communication and numeracy skills;
  • High Level of IT literacy with strong Excel and Word skills.
