My client, a leading UK merchant banking group, is in need of a platform administrator to undertake all platform business processing and administrative activities.

The duties of the role include (but not limited to):

- Cheque banking; payments and rejection.

- BACs and CHAPs payments.

- DD Receipts.

- Funding.

- Cash adjustments and reconciliation.

There is career development potential as candidates are encouraged to participate in company appraisals and have a development scheme.

The role includes FCA regulatory responsibilities including (but not limited to):

- To fully comply with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (as amended from time to time) and the rules of The Financial Conduct Authority and any other applicable laws and regulations.

- To fully comply with the FCA's statement of Principle and Code of Practice for Approved Persons, as set out in the FCA's rules and to undertake and record sufficient appropriate CPD to evidence that you have adequately maintained your competence.

Previous financial experience within wealth management is a must.
