Immediate opportunity for recent graduate to join a prestigious Asset Management business based in the West End.

The candidate will report to the Senior Fund Analyst and assist in managing the annual reporting timetable for the existing Fund and any additional Funds launched. This individual provide monthly and quarterly analysis for both the Fund and the Investments. They will also assist in managing an annual timetable (for information released to the market) and manage relationships with third party service providers ranging from Auditors, Fund Accountants, Investment Accountants, Legal, Public Relations and Design & Publishing. The candidate will assist in preparing any ad hoc analysis for internal management with increasing exposure to the Fund Model over time.

Duties will include:

  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly, interim and annual Fund NAV
  • Assist in the preparation of interim and year-end Financial Accounts
  • Preparing monthly performance review pack for Fund and Investment Accounts
  • Preparation of quarterly NAV Board Pack (PowerPoint based)
  • Assist in preparing quarterly Fund fact sheet released to the market
  • Assist managing the production and release of the Fund Interim and Annual Report
  • Managing and developing relationships with third party service providers
  • Quarterly internal Audit of Fund Model.
  • Assisting in ad hoc analysis based on information from our Fund Model (Excel based)
  • Preparation and maintenance of business procedure notes

Candidate Requirements:

  • Good Educational Background 2: 1 from a top 10-15 University
  • Experience of working within Investment Management.
  • Up to 3-4 years' experience post University within Finance.
  • Highly motivated individual interested in working in a small business environment.
  • Excellent communicator capable of developing relationships with third party service providers and capable of communicating effectively with the team and senior management
  • Proactive and organised capable of managing a quarterly, semi-annual and annual timetable
  • Good attention to detail and ability to assess work delivered from third party service providers
  • Ability to speak Italian would be an advantage

  • Analysis of management accounts
