The Role:

You will be working alongside a number of investment teams supporting the existing administrative and Investment professionals in order to deliver a high standard of client administration support. Administrative tasks include systems maintenance, client account opening, amendments and transfers and arranging client payments whilst ensuring internal and regulatory policy is adhered to.

You will be expected to approach tasks in a pro-active manner and keep both clients and teams updated on task progress and completion.

As a successful candidate you'll be based in the heart of London, and you'll attend an initial intensive induction and training programme; formed of internal and external courses and rotation between the teams. The programme will also include the opportunity for successful candidates to study towards the CISI Investment Advice Diploma (A leading recognised professional qualification). After the initial 12 Months contract you'll be invited to apply for a permanent position within one of the investment teams.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Recently graduated from university with a 2:1 (in a financial or business related degree), or have relevant experience.
  • The desire and aptitude to study towards professional qualifications whilst working full time.
  • A demonstrable interest in financial services and investments.
  • A pro-active approach to task completion.
  • Strong prioritisation and organisation skills with a flexible approach to tasks.
  • Strong client service orientation with a results based focus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrable verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Excel and systems skills.
  • Experience with using a CRM advantageous.
  • Previous industry experience advantageous but not essential.
