FX Corporate and Institutional Sales Executive

THE COMPANY

An expanding FX brokerage who present themselves differently from their competitors and have witnessed a great deal of expansion in the last 12 months are interested in meeting and employing a driven FX sales Manager to join their team. They have a strong collegiate environment and people enjoy working there. They treat their employees with respect and have an open door culture. In terms of remuneration they offer, a unique commission structure and are able to create individual financial reward package which are attractive to their employees. This role is a sales based position offering tailored FX and treasury solutions with FX or related products. Recently they have introduced a ground breaking treasury and FX management, payments and risk platform, (unique to the company in the UK) and is an industry game changer for their existing and potential new clients because of its labour and cost saving and treasury risk management protocols. This role will spearhead the new platform and associated product launch in the UK market.

SKILLS, ATTITUDE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Current experience in FX and treasury sales which demonstrates a track record of success;
  • Strong communication skills Able to build on an existing book on the back of your own clients and new clients (it is recognised you will have restrictions when you join a new company);
  • Demonstrate a hands on approach to driving new business and building strong relationships with prospective clients;
  • Proven track record of winning new business and delivering growth in revenue and profitability;
  • Detailed knowledge of the key business drivers for different types of corporate clients and potential clients;
  • Excellent communication, telephone and presentation skills and comfortable communication with C-suite at growth SMEs to institutional entities and industry partners
  • Able to launch new product lines across multi asset treasury product solutions;
  • Strong organisational skills, drive, ambition and burning desire to succeed and win as well as commercial and entrepreneurial mindset;

THE ROLE

Working with a driven team and reporting to the CEO and CCO, your responsibilities will be primarily new business revenue and client portfolio management. You will assist management with the growth of the company by helping to build out IBAN and Treasury clients, ensuring revenue growth on a quarter by quarter basis and supporting and developing the running of new markets and business areas. Maintaining good understanding and links with clients, you will effectively day to day manage your sales pipeline, meet/exceed set revenue and client acquisition targets and expand platform based clients. Your responsibilities include:

New Prospects

  • Identifying leads through: Existing network, professional platforms, targeted marketing campaigns, online and offline events
  • Management of new leads : Effective use of CRM system to capture new prospect data

New client contact

  • Management and development of new client relationships
  • Targeting of clients in £5M-£200M FX Turnover category per annum
  • Providing prospects an in-depth understanding of FX and banking services
  • Providing prospects with platform demonstrations via video conferencing
  • Educating and discussing market movements with prospects

Client Management - Onboarding, implementation, trading and growth

  • Management of onboarding and documentation process with prospect
  • Liaise with departments internally to transition prospect to client seamlessly
  • Ensure client understanding and integration into systems pre- and post-onboarding
  • Liaise with trading department to establish on-going client strategy and revenue stream
  • Build and develop client relationship post trade to gain referrals and introductions

Other

  • Assist CCO and CEO with build out of IBAN and treasury clients
  • Provide Management with activity and results reports
