A global financial services company has an immediate opportunity for a helpdesk support person. Excellent work environment, team spirit and 340 users based in London office. URGENT!
Duties and requirements include:
* 1st and 2nd line helpdesk support technician.
* Delivering Hardware and Software support to 360 users in 4 European offices.
* I.T office Coverage hours from 7am - 7pm; Early 7am-3pm and late 11am-7pm (during holiday time candidate will be asked to cover a longer shift from 8am-6pm so we can still provide a good level of service to the client)
* High proficiency in Windows 7
* High level of customer service
* Trade floor experience
* Knowledge of Trade floor applications: Bloomberg, Reuters etc
* Knowledge of Citrix
* Blackberry, IPhone, IPad experience.
* Experience with apple products
* Good knowledge of Microsoft office products, Especially Excel
* Team player
* Be flexible and able to work weekends when required
