- Assist with distributing regulatory updates across the team e.g. adherence to GDPR
- Assisting with shareholder inbox management
- Administrative duties e.g. invoices and expenses via Concur, general filing
- Updating the Corporate calendar
- Assisting with strategy research and ad hoc projects
- Marketing
- Coordinating and distributing Factsheets
- Helping Investment Managers with Presentations
- Bible Maintenance
- YouTube and Websites Updates
Organizing internal and external events such as team meetings, the Investor
- Extensive experience as Company Secretariat
- Robust governance expertise
- Organizational knowledge and planning skills
- Detailed oriented

- Analytical skills and presentations skills
Qualifications
Qualified Company Secretary preferred
