Sales and Marketing | - Contribute to the marketing efforts of the company with both advisers and investor clients
- Attend meetings (when needed) with HBD and sales executives
- Generate and own personal sales relationships where necessary [investor focus]
- Investor relations management
- Assistance with the arrangement and organization of sales events if needed
- Liaison with production executives to provide regular investor updates and appropriate back-up documents

Investment management | - Liaison with intermediary clients and investor clients
- Process application forms and required checks
- Responsibility for the monitoring and recording of all investments as pertaining to investors
- Generation of internal and external reports as to performance of same (e.g regular valuations and management reports)

General Administration | - General administration matters as they pertain to the company in conjunction with and other staff designated from time to time, inter alia:
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, anticipate needed supplies, place and expedite orders for supplies
- Ensure operation of equipment by organising preventive maintenance requirements, troubleshooting malfunctions, organising repairs, maintaining equipment inventories
- Implement and maintain an efficient filing system
- Be a point of contact for any telephone enquiries for the company, ensuring all messages are forwarded and/or actioned quickly and efficiently
- Be a point of contact for visitors and provide refreshments as and when required
- Work with other members of the company, providing support where necessary

Post and Emails | - Manage emails and correspondence for the company
- Deal with correspondence and emails quickly and efficiently where appropriate and to a high standard
|
General Support | - Assist staff with production of sales literature as and when required
- Generally contribute to the running of the business as required by the business from time to time
|
