Junior Change & Business Manager

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Experience of working in a similar role, supporting different businesses with different competing objectives
  • Solid understanding of Family Office and HNW / UHNW market
  • Experience of change management and business management
  • Solid understanding of all associated regulatory requirements

THE ROLE

Change Management

  • Provide business analysis on ad hoc projects as required
  • Support the Senior Business Manager to define and implement project plans
  • Participate in Group project initiatives as required
  • Provide business analysis skills and coordination on ad hoc strategic work and long-term planning
  • Provide analysis and resolution of ad-hoc operational issues

Reporting and Financial Control

  • Supporting Client Relationship Managers with capture of key metrics (e.g. new business reporting to Laserfiche Forms) and other ad hoc queries as required
  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting key business MI including debtor reporting, chargeability, invoicing and new business
  • MI evaluation to identify areas of concern, proposing action plans / other corrective actions (e.g. aged debtors, below target productivity etc.)
  • Supporting ad hoc FCA and other regulatory data capture requirements (e.g. bi-annual RMAR reporting, submission of annual PII renewal)
  • Production and co-ordination of the various subsidiary board packs for the three limited Companies

Compliance and First Line of Defence

  • In respect of CDD and AML matters, the role is the first line of defence for the client management teams, and as the primary liaison with the second line of defence (i.e. Compliance).
  • Support the client management teams with onboarding requirements, and review and confirmation of complete onboarding documentation ahead of client engagements commencing
  • Ensuring key books and record systems are maintained, ensuring completion of ad hoc reviews as required, and supporting Compliance queries following screening alerts
  • Provide support and analysis for error, breach and complaint investigations
  • Assist with the implementation of Group policy and procedure changes
