Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting staff members in legal and regulatory matters with a focus on capital market transactions and syndicated financing
  • Conducting contract negotiations in areas of responsibility
  • Creating standard and individual contracts
  • Reviewing internal bank processes and preparing proposals to meet the requirements of ever-changing legal environment
  • Ensuring legally correct relationship between the bank and the customers, auditors and authorities
  • Legal support of various projects
  • Helping to design internal training courses and creating corresponding documents

Your profile:

  • A law degree from a higher educational establishment in Switzerland (a must!)
  • Several years of professional experience in the financial services (with a bank, a financial authority, a law firm / notary's office or similar)
  • Interest in further development in a dynamic, interactive environment
  • Analytical, networked and structured mindset with a flair for simple solutions
  • Team player with customer and solution-oriented working approach
  • Fluency in spoken and written German and English
  • Confident appearance and great negotiating skills
  • High motivation, assertiveness and endurance
