Responsibilities:

ECM services ownership

Establish and lead ECM Operations

Service delivery performance by driving all necessary actions and including all necessary stakeholders to deliver against agreed KPIs and SLAs


Establish excellent working relationships with the business representatives including escalation management


Develop and maintain service excellence, showing leadership in strategic engagement and operational delivery


Ensure that all service delivery documentation is maintained, that review meetings are regularly held and overall that service delivery is facilitated


Manage financial performance related to the managed services


Plan, manage and execute the service transition process, manage risk and minimize potential failures


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems

A minimum of 5 years of experience in service management

Sound understanding of IT infrastructure and networks (ITIL certification a plus)

Resourceful, self-motivated and decisive with decision making capability

Hands-on, can-do attitude, lead by example, strong team player

Project management capabilities (IPMA/PMP/PMI a plus)

Excellent attention to details and ability to manage work processes

Analytical orientation and continually identify mechanisms for improved service delivery

Fluency in English and German
