This role os based in Switzerland Zurich
You will be an Identity & Access Management (IdAM) and security governance specialist, who either has well developed skills in this area of expertise or looking to hone in on their current skills and develop a career as an IdAM expert. You will work either as senior subject matter expert in your field and/or manage teams in delivering client excellence.

You join the Cyber Security team, establish credibility with prospective clients by demonstrating knowledge of IdAM solutions and acquire new clients.

You deliver IdAM assignments for the clients. You support senior members of the team in developing IdAM client proposals and solution offerings.

You assess, optimise and implement IdAM related processes and manage the reporting to various stakeholders bearing in mind both their technical and business requirements.

You drive the development of innovative value added IdAM services, toolkits, methodologies and accelerators. You provide thought leadership and direction for the IdAM practice and help recruit, retain and develop the team by bringing superior leadership skills.

Requirements
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT / Business IT or similar education. Information Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA or CISM are an asset.

You have strong experience in Identity and Access Management and have gained 6-10 years' experience in IdAM. You have demonstrable ability in the following areas: 1) IdAM Strategy, architecture and roadmap development, 2) Access Governance, 3) identity administration and provisioning and 4) fine grained access control / entitlements.

You are fluent in English and German, knowledge of French can be an asset.

You have strong presentation, project management, facilitation and delivery skills as well as strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.

You deliver high quality work that adds insights and value to our clients and have the ability to develop and manage senior-level relationships. You have a proven track record of delivery of large IdAM improvement programmes.

You have the desire to work in a constantly changing environment as an innovative and motivated part of our Cyber Security team.
