My client is one of the world's leading Supply Chain Finance Companies, supporting major corporations in optimizing its working capital. For more than a decade, it has been providing world-wide, multi-currency Supply Chain Finance solutions and services to the largest global corporations. Following the increasing demand for their service proposition, they are now looking to recruit a talented German speaking Office Manager to join their team in Munich.

Responsibilities:

The role will start with supporting the Managing Director in the daily operations, interacting with customers, authorities and auditors. Once the office manager feels comfortable with the business model of the company, further responsibilities could be added.

Experience and skillsets:

  • 3+ years professional experience as an office manager with a wide area of responsibilities
  • Professional English and German language skills, further languages a plus
  • Experience in setting up and shaping an office culture for a small, but global team
  • Develop, capture and optimize internal policies and procedures
  • Experienced with MS-Office Products
  • Willingness to take on responsibilities and new challenges
  • Ability to work in a global team structure
