Key Responsibilities of the incumbent:
- Keying Transactions
- Processing internal bank account cash transfers
- Updating client portfolios
- Recurring tasks to ensure all systems remain accurate and up to date
- Supporting the Head of Operations and Operations Team with ad hoc duties
- Being trained on the business products as well as learning day to Operations tasks which help support the Investment team
- Set up and management of customer accounts
- Client onboarding (KYC IDV)
Desirable Education and Experience
- 1-2 years working in an Administrative role either in a client support role or financial operations
- Preferably educated to degree level
Required Skills and Experience
- Must be honest and trustworthy
- Knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills, written and oral
