My client is one of the largest financial services firms in the world, and currently are recruiting for a client services analyst to act as the primary point of contact for investment management clients.
The successful client services analyst will be corresponding with operations and other day-to-day queries raised by investment management clients and resolving queries pertaining to settlements, reconciliations, market changes and other issues.
Tasks will include:
Liaising with clients via phone, email letter
Responding to queries
Resolving operations issues
My client is looking for:
A background in Client Services within Asset Management or Custody
Experience in resolving operations queries or work in operations
Preferably the IMC or CFA
