Duties include

- strong UK payroll knowledge & basic understanding of international payrolls (US, CAN, ROM, ITAL, SWED, NOR, BELG, PRTG)

- attention to detail and analytical skills are a must

- degree or qualification in accountancy/finance/tax are preferable

- 6-7 years prof. experience

Main tasks:

- full checking of the aforementioned countries monthly payrolls for authorisation and submission

- act as the POC with our external payroll providers, providing them with new starters/leavers/other changes info and then receiving and reviewing draft payroll docs.

- recording entries in accounting system (XERO) for payment processing from AP team

- resolve employees' queries

- partner with HR and finance team
