JOB SUMMARY

  • To support the Investment Management team with the design of marketing and client reporting literature
  • To support in the preparation of presentation packs for business pitches
  • Design of new promotional literature, client reports, meeting papers and other material for print and online
  • Regular review and updating of information on presentation packs
  • Similar assistance to other businesses within the Group may be required
  • Promote and develop robust Operating Procedures across the business

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

To support the Investment Management team with the design of marketing and client reporting literature

  1. Managing workload and communicating progress
  2. Liaising with all involved from start to finish for each project
  3. Within corporate guidelines, produce and enhance literature with the aim of making them visually clear and appealing, as well as user-friendly for print and on-line
  4. Ensure that all materials meet the company's required standards, regulation and consistency
  5. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in the production of these documents

To support in the preparation of presentation packs for business pitches

  1. Within corporate guidelines, produce and enhance literature with the aim of making them visually clear and appealing, as well as user-friendly for print and on-line
  2. Ensure all materials meet the company's required standards, regulations and consistency
  3. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in the production of presentation materials

Design of new promotional literature, client reports, meeting papers and other material for print and on-line

  1. Liaise with all involved from start to finish for each project, including significant emphasis with UK Risk & Compliance to ensure FCA regulations are followed
  2. Within corporate guidelines, produce and enhance literature with the aim of making them visually clear and appealing, as well as user-friendly for print and on-line
  3. Ensure that all materials meet the company's required standards, regulation and consistency

Updating Information

  1. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when updating information
  2. Liaising with all involved from start to finish for each project
  3. Monthly performance packs for prospective and existing clients
  4. Quarterly performance packs for investment team and group fund sheets
  5. Annually performance packs for KllD documents for group

Similar assistance to other businesses within the Group may be required

  1. Support staff from in other departments within the Group
  2. Managing workload and communicating progress with each department

Promote and develop robust Operating Procedures across the business

  1. You are responsible for adhering to the operating procedures of the business as written and of providing enhancements and changes to the procedures as and when identified.
  2. It is essential that any such changes are properly documented immediately.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent
  • Excellent software knowledge: Adobe Suite: Acrobat Pro, lnDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Prior Financial Services Business Analysis experience preferably within a Wealth Management business
  • Experience of having worked on transformation projects desired
