The Client:

My client is one of the world's leading, independently owned financial institutions that provide both long-term strategic planning and investments, day to day advice and administration services. They are currently looking for a "Presentations Specialist" to join them to assist the Investment Management team with the design of marketing and client reporting literature.

The role:

As a "Presentation Specialist", you'll be influential in the support of the Investment Management team. Alongside the design of marketing and client reporting literature, you'll assist with the design of new promotional literature, presentation packs for business meetings, and other material for print and online. You'll also be required to ensure that all information is both accurate and up to date. This role is pivotal in the success of the business, and requires someone who can manage differing deadlines and mini projects. As the role holder your duties include (but not limited to):

Supporting the Investment Management Team with the design of marketing and client reporting material

  • Liaising with all involved from start to finish in each project
  • Within corporate guidelines, produce and enhance literature with the aim of making them visually clear and appealing, as well as user friendly for print and online.
  • Ensure that all materials meet the company's required standards, regulation and consistency.
  • Managing workload and communicating progress.

Supporting in the preparation of presentations packs for business pitches

  • Within corporate guidelines, produce and enhance literature with the aim of making them visually clear and appealing, as well as user friendly for print and online.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in the production of presentation material.

Design of new promotional literature, client reports, meeting papers and other material for print and online

  • Liaising with all involved from start to finish for each project. Ensuring that compliance with FCA regulations is strictly adhered to.
  • Within corporate guidelines, produce and enhance literature with the aim of making them visually clear and appealing, as well as user friendly for print and online.
  • Ensure that all materials meet the company's required standards, regulation and consistency.

Updating information

  • Annual performance packs for KIID documents for the group.
  • Quarterly performance packs for investment team and group fund sheets.
  • Monthly performance packs for perspective and existing clients.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience:

  • Demonstrable experience within the financial services experience - with a strong bias towards investment management or wealth management.
  • Strong software skills with the following packages: Acrobat Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Office Inc. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience of having worked in transformation projects is highly desirable.
  • Given the nature of the role candidates will be required to have exceptional communication skills!
