Procedure and Process Analyst

£200 - 250 per day

3 month contract

The Client

A privately owned City based FX Broker with an established and expanding business. They deal with both institutional and private clients in the UK and further afield. A collegiate and meritocratic working environment with a flat structure my client is looking for an analyst to join on a contract basis to complete an on-going project.

The Role

- Analyse and review both electronic and manual procedures within the organisation

- Liaise with senior management to obtain sign - off for procedure and process definitions

- Identification of defects with the electronic systems and these problems to be raised with the development team for resolution

- Document procedures giving a high level overview of processes

- Depict business flows diagrammatically using a tool such as Visio

- Produce a handbook with instructions for end users that need to be undertaken

- The handbook should include narrative and screen shots to explain actions required

Key Skills and Attributes

- Excellent analytical skills

- Ability to communicate effectively across levels of seniority

- Understanding of and strong business flow skills

- Minimum 2 - 3 years experience as a technical author and / or business analyst

- Cognisant of FX processes is preferred

- Strong understanding of how electronic and manual processes interact

- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
