Key Duties and Responsibilities

Full management responsibility of a portfolio of accounts:

Responsibilities include:

Ensure high customer satisfaction

Upsell account new products and services

Manage the renewal process so the customer renews

Continuously update and maintain accuracy of the company's CRM

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum of 5 years of prior account management experience for B2B Company.

Fluent English (mother-tongue level), additional European language is a big advantage.

Experience in Software/Security company is a big advantage

Strong follow-up skills (persistence is paramount!), attention to detail and time management skills.

Self-motivated and independent worker. Ability to prioritize and think out-of-the-box.

Experience working with big enterprises accounts (Forbes 2000), as well as locating and engaging relevant and correct contacts.

Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively across multiple functions (e.g. Direct Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, etc.)

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with CRM and marketing systems (Salesforce.com, Marketo) is a big advantage

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business related field.
