Principal duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide desk cover for Managers
  • Prepare straightforward lending propositions
  • Manage security documentation and maintain security database
  • Regulated Mortgage Contracts
  • New customer documentation
  • Organisation and preparation of customer and business development meetings
  • Attend meetings and prepare memoranda of notes
  • Business development support to Managers
  • Customer contact on all day to day issues
  • Letters to customers and professional intermediaries
  • Prepare and undertake customer reviews
  • Monitor daily overdraft positions

Background and experience necessary:

It is expected that candidates will have experience in the financial services sector looking after high net worth customers, possess a reasonable knowledge of financial markets and the economy in general. A working knowledge of banking security is preferable, while familiarity with the usual office systems of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc is essential.

Qualifications Required:


  • Must have a minimum of 5 GCSE's grade A-C (including Maths and English) or equivalent qualification.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 A levels grades A-D or equivalent qualification
  • CeMAP or equivalent relevant qualification or willingness to studyQualifications Desired:
