Leading property company based in Liverpool St are looking for a Sales executive to join there team, This is a great role that can yeald a great income for the right person. Training is provided that can take you to the the next level of sales.

  • Working to sales targets
  • Consistently make over 100 calls per day or a 2 hour plus talk-time
  • A natural flair for sales
  • Calling outbound sales and attacking new business leads
  • Opening and closing deals
  • Management of field agent diaries, both entries and rescheduling.
  • Strong closing and rapport building skills
  • A degree of cold calling experience preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to upsell and maximise revenue potential.
  • Aggressively drive daily calls to build pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Maintaining internal CRM system and writing accurate and concise notes after each call.
  • Proactively seek to maintain, improve & demonstrate industry knowledge and competitor awareness.
  • Expected to exceed personal and team targets.
  • Provide a proactive professional telephone handling service for both internal and external contacts, including clients and House Network colleagues.
