- Working to sales targets
- Consistently make over 100 calls per day or a 2 hour plus talk-time
- A natural flair for sales
- Calling outbound sales and attacking new business leads
- Opening and closing deals
- Management of field agent diaries, both entries and rescheduling.
- Strong closing and rapport building skills
- A degree of cold calling experience preferred but not essential.
- Ability to upsell and maximise revenue potential.
- Aggressively drive daily calls to build pipeline of prospective clients.
- Maintaining internal CRM system and writing accurate and concise notes after each call.
- Proactively seek to maintain, improve & demonstrate industry knowledge and competitor awareness.
- Expected to exceed personal and team targets.
- Provide a proactive professional telephone handling service for both internal and external contacts, including clients and House Network colleagues.
Delivering consistent and accurate administrative skills alongside sales responsibilities
