This role encompasses dealing with Settlements across UK and International markets giving the successful candidate excellent exposure to a range of products and markets!

Key Responsibilities;

Pre-Matching & Failed trade Management Ensure, where possible, that all trades are pre-matched and failed trades are chased within timeframes permitted eliminating risk on large value and potential buy-in transactions. Covering all Markets, including UK, Central & Eastern European, US.

Query Management Team members are responsible for ensuring all queries received from Client/Broker/TPC/Internal Departments are dealt with in accordance with SLA deadlines, prioritising issues with trades approaching settlement market deadlines.

Reconciliation Resolution Individual will be responsible for investigating and resolving all stock Unit Trust breaks identified between UTM and Internal systems Management Information and Reporting Prepare and distribute weekly MIS reporting to be reviewed by Client & Senior Management. Individual also responsible for suggesting system/process enhancements.
