I am looking for a tenacious Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a long-standing established company based in London to join our Accountancy and Finance team to work within our Commerce & Industry sector. You will join a thriving and growing team with the chance to work underneath an experienced team of directors with long term relationships with a strong client base. Responsibilities:
Business Development – Build strong relationships with new and existing clients via both written and verbal communications.
Attract candidates through job advert posting, CV sourcing through various job boards and our own internal database, LinkedIn recruiter and social media channels.
Screenig candidates, arranging interviews and making job offers to successful candidates.
Building your personal brand via social media channels e.g. LinkedIn.
Skills Required:
An experienced 360 Recruitment consultant with a track record in business development and delivery
Have existing experience working within Accountancy & Finance Recruitment (preferable)
Hungry to learn under very experienced directors.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and great attention to detail.
Self-motivated and target driven.
High levels of resilience to overcome challenging situations, setbacks, and disappointments.
