THE COMPANY
A rapidly growing, privately-owned hospitality group is seeking an experienced Group Payroll Manager to join their Finance team at their Head Office. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead a team of 4 and oversee payroll operations for up to 1,500 employees across multiple locations.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Proven experience in processing monthly and weekly/biweekly payrolls for large organizations
Strong project management skills
Excellent attention to detail and data analysis abilities
In-depth knowledge of payroll legislation
Ability to work effectively with external suppliers
Ability to manage a team of people
THE ROLE
Manage and develop a team of 4 within the payroll team.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for hotels, restaurants, and care homes.
Develop best practices, policies, and procedures for payroll operations
Maintain compliance with company and regulatory requirements
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
