You will play a key role supporting a critical project involving the transition of fund auditors, working closely with expert colleagues and diverse stakeholders.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Providing essential project support during the Fund Auditor Transition, ensuring a smooth and successful handover.
Scheduling and coordinating meetings with internal and external parties to keep all stakeholders aligned.
Preparing detailed documentation and project plans to guide the transition process.
Supporting the implementation of innovative digital audit tools to enhance efficiency.
Facilitating clear and effective communication between providers, clients, fund boards, and regulators.
Preparing PowerPoint presentations for regular project meetings to update progress.
Overseeing the entire transition process across all funds, coordinating efforts according to the agreed timetable and managing expectations of all involved parties.
Ideal candidates bring several years of experience in asset management, audit, or fund accounting, combined with strong analytical and communication skills. Fluency in English and German is mandatory, with French and Italian as valuable additions.
