The Role • Lead the implementation of marketing and communications activities for the Family Hubs programme, ensuring a strategic and audience-centric approach.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders and partners throughout project lifecycles, offering professional guidance to promote engagement with Family Hub / Start for Life services.
• Develop a comprehensive communication and marketing strategy for Family Hubs and wider initiatives supporting Islington families.
• Ensure the sustainability of our work through strategic planning and collaborative efforts.
• Develop and deliver impactful campaigns, paying close attention to detail.
• Drive engagement with the Family Hub program, services, and mission through information and communications activities.
• Implement stakeholder engagement plans and associated communication strategies.
• Research and gather information to understand the objectives of colleagues, target audiences, and effective communication channels.
• Draft and maintain project documents, providing essential support for project teams.
• Matrix-manage project teams to deliver outputs on time, within budget, and meeting quality requirements.
• Explore innovative, low-cost digital tools for content creation and distribution.
• Optimize digital media engagement, including social media analytics, Google analytics, and newsletter reports.
• Adhere to guidelines and policies, ensuring consistent application of branding and adherence to legal duties.
• Keep abreast of wider policy and practice developments in local government.
