A leading wealth and asset management group, headquartered in Central London, is seeking a newly qualified ACA accountant to join as a Group Accountant. This is a pivotal, hands-on role, supporting group and subsidiary reporting, statutory compliance, and process improvement at group level. Lead statutory reporting and year-end audit processes across multiple UK subsidiaries and group entities
Deliver FCA regulatory returns and ensure ongoing compliance.
Prepare and consolidate monthly management accounts, supporting board-level reporting.
Drive business planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial insight for senior stakeholders.
Liaise with external auditors and advisors and integrate new acquisitions into group reporting structures.
Proactively identify process improvements within the finance function.

ACA qualified within past 1–2 years, trained in a top or mid-tier UK accounting firm.
Experience with statutory accounts, group reporting, or audit — either in practice or industry.
Advanced Excel and strong technical accounting knowledge.
