You will be joining a market-leading CFD brokerage, who have a global presence in over 10 countries. They are a well-respected and award-winning firm who generate over £100 million in revenue across 3 regulated entities. This ever-evolving company expect a strong 2023 with significant expansion.
Key Skills & Experience • Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent- Essential
• Experience of managing a small or large team or the soft skills required- Essential
• Experience of budgeting and forecasting- Essential
• Previous financial services experience- Essential
The Role You will report into the Head of Finance and be responsible for 3 direct reports in the UK and a team reporting from an overseas branch with plans to grow the team in the next 12-18 months.
You will be a strong decision maker and a confident leader. The role will also be hands-on with daily duties as follows:
• Overall responsibility of day-to-day management of the group finance function
• Direct management and development of staff
• Implementation of a new budgeting process
• Review of company financial and consolidated group accounts
• Treasury function as you will control and manage funds across various entities within the group
• Be the main point of contacts for audits
• Preparation of quarterly board reports
• CASS Oversight
• Ad hoc requests from external and internal stakeholders
The role may require international travel, and you will be expected to work a minimum of two days in the office.
