In the realm of benefits, your role will be to collaborate with key providers, manage data with precision, and offer support to both staff and the HR team on related enquiries. Your influence will extend to the successful delivery of communication strategies around membership changes and the reconciliation of scheme data.
Your project management abilities will be called upon to deliver meaningful Management Information (MI) related to compensation and benefits and to drive the implementation of a flexible benefits provision.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust educational background and previous experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the financial services sector. A high degree of IT proficiency, especially in Excel, is essential, along with a comprehensive understanding of HR and Payroll systems. A keen awareness of the regulatory framework within wealth management, including aspects of compliance such as Money Laundering, is crucial.
