- Work alongside sales leadership to pinpoint and strategise on areas needing enhancement.
- Innovate and implement an effective induction and sales programme for new joiners.
- Devise and conduct ongoing sales management training aligned with business goals.
- Assess the impact of training initiatives through feedback and performance analysis.
- Offer continuous coaching and support, reinforcing learning and advocating for excellence.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure training aligns with overarching business aims.
- Commit to ongoing industry and market knowledge expansion, fulfilling CPD requirements.

- Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Track record in sales training, with a preference for investment management experience.
- Profound knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and sales methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in developing and delivering impactful training programmes.

- Mastery of Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with LMS.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Analytical prowess, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
