JOB TITLE: Treasury Associate - Liquidity Management & FP&A

DEPARTMENT: Treasury

REPORTING TO: CFO

LOCATION: London

SM&CR ROLE: (SMF/Cert/Conduct) Conduct

 

 

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will report to the CFO

Key responsibilities

 Develop and Lead Liquidity and Funding forecasting. Providing the input required to the Financial Analysis & Planning process of the Bank

 Lead production of key deliverables for input into the ILAAP, Pillar 3 disclosures and the Banks Banking model.

 Production of daily/weekly/monthly liquidity reports (LCR, Liquidity Mismatch, NSFR etc)

 Lead and develop the Banks OLAR, liquidity scenario and stress testing

 Present at forums including ALCO, governance committees and regulatory engagements.

 Exposure into various facets of Risk and Finance Processes; interacting with various levels within the organisation.

 Work with the FP&A Manager to assist in developing the Bank’s FP&A model and assist in the production of the Banks Funds Transfer Pricing , P&L /Balance Sheet production.

 Build relationships with key stakeholders and independently handle ad-hoc analysis requests from the CFO & Treasurer

 

 

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

 Small /Mid sized bank experience

 Deep understating of understanding of a Banks liquidity concepts like LCR, NSFR, and CRD IV liquidity regulations

 Strong attention to detail

 Strong modelling skills in Excel

 Strong understating of ALM, emphasis on the Liability side of the Balance sheet

 Excellent modelling skills (Excel)

 3-5 years of working in Treasury ALM

 Excellent inter-personal skills.

 Strong analytical and organization skills.

 Excellent communications and presentation skills.

 Highly motivated and self-sufficient.

 Flexible in interacting in a varied multi-culture environment.
